I'd like work carried out to bring a rental house to healthy home standard.
Work involves:
- cleaning gutters,
- fixing spouts/downpipes where it has come off,
- fixing gaps in windows,
- closing a fireplace
- Other general maintenance tasks
Please provide an hourly rate and advise if you can do all the jobs above.
