Wall sheets replacement in porch #2

We have porch at the back of the house with sheets on the wall need replacement. I was thinking about 3.2 treated plywood sheets but also open to suggestions. Adding some studs on the inner side of the wall may be required. Job needs to be gap-filled, sanded, and painted. Please quote hourly rate. Job is in Papatoetoe. Thanks.
