Roof Tile repair
Job description
Tile is cracked in the roof and building paper is dislodged, water has been coming in and resulted in cracking of the paint in the lounge ceiling I have had a traddie look at it and said it needs Gafitape applied to building paper and silicon to the tile. This is a brick n tile single level house with access through the manhole in the internal garage. I don't need the ceiling sanded and repainted, I can do this myself.
