Hi, I need 2 jobs done please:
Job #1) To prep and paint/stain my wooden deck

Job #2) There are 3 small holes in the concrete floor right outside my external garage door, exposing the metal underneath. I need this fixed please.

It would be ideal if both jobs can be done at the same time, but if not, separately is fine.

I have attached photos of both jobs - can I please get quotes on how much it'll cost to get both jobs done, thanks.
