"Brought NO tools even though portray thrmselves as builders and also add specifically said tools needed. Then left and didnt return for nearly 2 hours to go get tools. No apology given. Significant time wasted as I had to wait around. Once bill came in actually tried to charge me for this extra time taken . Job was completed fine but also came with an open trailer to transport an expensive chest to a repairers even though heavy rain had been falling for days/add also said VAN for this reason."
