SMALL AREA ON OUTSIDE OF HOUSE WALL NEEDING TO BE CLOSED OFF

I had a gas leak recently with Vector coming to replace regulator and they have flagged my metre as non compliant. Apparently these days needs to have a solid wall behind it so gas fumes cant go under my house. Need wall blocked off, behind gas metre, with either fibrolite or outside treated wood, to match look of house. Ground is sloped and will have to be blocked off with something nailed on top of existing panels as to get access behind these would be difficult.
