Outdoor Cat House

Wanting cat house built. Ive been mucked around by current builder for a month. Couple others ive tried have let me down communication wise. 1.0 or 1.2 long 60cm deep/wide, 55cm high. Left hand side 50x50cm persplex window, 40x40cm window back right and 40x40cm front right (I have windows precut ready to be installed). Door in middle front and back. Roof hinged for easy cleaning of bedding. Pictures for example of a house used for rescue cats. Roof like picture if possible to prevent water coming under lip and inside if possible. On a side note need new putty around the base of a outside house window also.
