Door stop

Hi there, I have stood on the door stop on the Skirting in the toilet room and the door stop has snapped off. I am looking for someone to replace it with the same one as I am renting so it needs to match the other door stops around the house, and install it. We have also broken off the toilet roll holder so would like to get a new one installed. Thank you.
