Looking for someone to look into and quote (or do the job if under $500) as to why the door at my rental property is sticking. I suspect it needs planning back but I’m not the expert. If goes smoothly I'd love a few other odd jobs done around the property in the coming year. Solid wood door installed 2 years ago in a 80s house. Would like all done through builders crack & will want a gst receipt on completion please.
