Fence repair + small handyman jobs

I need a handyman for some small jobs around my house such as: - Sand/plane 2x doors that are jamming in their door frames - Repost a short length of fence (approx 4m of fence so maybe 3x 4 by 4 posts with concrete) - Extend above mentioned fence approx 1 meter to fill in a gap - Fix creaking outside door step (gap underneath the step lets water inside garage after heavy rain) - Cover the end of a cinder block wall with some fence pailings and attach them with dynabolts or similar - Shorten veggie garden to allow space for another shed
