New back door installed with dog door cut into it. #2

Hi there, just looking to have back door replaced, but before being replaced would need to cut into the base of the door to make a dog door for 2 small dogs (corgi and jack russell) - older dog no longer able to jump out of installed dog door. Need done as soon as possible. Current door has glass panes in upper and lower so no longer suitable.
