"Hi Lindsay, thank you for the review. We were quite clear on the call out fee given we were coming from Lower Hutt, which you agreed to upfront on the phone call. We were prepared to fit castors to your sofabed, yet we believe we offered you the right solution with the glides, which you confirmed you were happy with, and saved you a further $100 if we were to purchase Castors. We also offered you the option to change to castors if you wished. Kind regards, Simon"
