Bottom board on lounge window needs replacing,weatherboard close to back door needs replacing,repairs to bathroom skirting board and floor,hole in lounge floor,barge board needs repairing,lounge window baton dislodged,reseal chimney flashing,gutter bracket needed and rear guttering needs repair,bedroom and linen cupboard doors may be needed and maybe some painting inside
