Hello- I am renovating a rental property that will be vacant on Elles Road, Invercargill. I need some general handyman jobs completed on Monday 1 March (from mid morning with some flexibility on exact timing). Tasks- - Install 2x small glass splashbacks- I have splashbacks and the special sealant/ glue. You just need to bring caulking gun (I would make a mess here). - Install small metal letterbox (supplied) -Install roller blinds/ curtain rails/ towel rails etc as required (all supplied by me). - Possible job- front fence may be a bit wobbly- economical way to sure it up. Please confirm your interest by confirming you can meet my timing and what your hourly rate is. Then I will lock someone in. Thanks.
