We have a need of a handyman to do spraying throughout the section including a tiled area, general tidying of yard and our spouting needs to levelled properly. Also a piece timber that sits under the spouting needs to be put back on. It's 2 storey house but we have a ladder if needed. Gutters can be cleaned too. Happy to discuss rate/quote once you have seen the site. Just guessed at the estimated cost.
