Timber Garage Door Repair

We have a double opening timber door that is not functioning as it should. We would like to utilise existing materials where possible and repair/ replace parts as necessary. We would also like the refurbished door to be lockable- padlock solution would be fine. The final solution doesn't necessarily need to be pretty- just functional and sturdy.
