Several odd jobs

We have a number of small jobs that need to be completed including - touching up new skirtings that have recently been installed in 4 rooms (sanding and touching up paint on patches and gaps that have been filled with Pollyfilla) - painting the trim on the staircase - priming and painting window and doorframes in one of the rooms - painting a door and installing a barndoor mechanism, hanging the door - install 2 new wardrobe tracks - assemble a flatpack wardrobe (one of the sides are broken so needs to be replaced) - tile a backsplash for a vanity - fix a tap leak and a few other odd jobs!
