Prepping Weather Board House to Paint #2

We have approximately 85m2 of weather board surface that needs sanding to smooth off any bumps also to ruff up surface for new paint. We also have x9 small windows that will need stripping back to timber, using preferably a heat gun to remove paint and sanded back to a smooth finish. This work is ready to begin asap as long as the quote is reasonable. Note: French windows and doors have already been done. Many thanks, Caleb
