Repairs in rental before moving out

I'm moving out of a rental property soon and I'd like a few things repaired: The toilet roll holder is broken and I can't work out how to detach it from the wall to fix or replace. I have a replacement holder if its needed. Also, if damage is caused to the wall as a result of the repairs, to be able to fix that and plaster the damage too. I damaged some wallpaper when removing an adhesive picture hook that I'd like plastered or repaired in some way - it's approximately the size of 2x 50 cent coins. If possible but not necessary, to repair a screw that snapped in half that secures a window arm/casement.
