Replace hinges on corner cabinet door, fix garden gate, replace rotten baseboard

Hi, We have a few different jobs that need doing. 1. Supplying replacement hinges and replacing all the hinges on the corner cabinet doors in our kitchen (4 hinges each side) - since I took the photo one of the doors has now come off one of the cabinet-side hinges, both have been hanging unevenly for a while and tightening the screws doesn't last long. 2. Fixing a garden gate which is uneven on the bottom and scrapes on the concrete 3. Checking and probably replacing a rotten baseboard outside near the corner of the kitchen.
