Hi there, I'm looking for someone to replace a few small areas of wall trim and a door frame that has borer in it. It's a state house from the 40s, so there a bit of borer in the native timber they used. I'll treat some of it and replace other parts. I'm slowly renovating the whole place, so I'm looking to find someone skilled I can call on for small jobs like this ok a regular basis. Cheers, Ian
