Shower repair

I'm keen to use the services of a handy person to renovate a shower with a leak in a rental I own at some stage in the next month. The house is tenanted, however they do have a bath their happy to use to provide time for repairs to be completed.  The showers is lined with serotone sheet, stainless step with both bottom corners by the door leaking and having created some rot.
