Cat flap though a wall

Hello - Cat flap install though a wall. There are 3 possible options on the back side of my house. All 3 option have a potential different challenge and might need some adjust or some extra work, ie adjusting the hand rail on the stairs or joining the door up with the stairs. First option next to the sliding door on the left, would need to be connected to the stairs. Second option next to sloping door on the right, handrail in the way and out need to be slimed down or moved forward. Third option next to the downstairs toilet would need to be connected to the stairs. Being a new build I have some photos of the build show where possible bean my sit. Looking forward to hearing the options.
