Tap Washers and Toilet Ballcock

I'm listing this on behalf of the social club at my work. We have a holiday home in Hanmer Springs which is in need of a bit of TLC in it's plumbing. Most of the taps are very hard to turn off and are often left dripping. Water often runs out the overflow of the toilet cisten, and this has caused some issues with water finding it's way inside the wall... We have tried, without any luck, to find a local Hanmer plumber to replace the tap washers and the cisten ballcock if needed. The cost of sending a plumber from ChCh or other areas is very costly, so what I'm hoping to find is a plumber close to Hanmer that isn't going to cost the earth on travel, or one from somewhere else that would be willing to do the work in return for a midweek night or two of accommodation in the house + cost of materials. Not sure if this is a long shot, but thought I'd put it out there and see what happens... Thanks
