Replace clothes line

Rotary clothes line to install. (supplied). Slice current pole to ground and fill with concrete (unless the new pole can slide into exiting pole in concrete?) Will need some quick set concrete. see 1st photo. 2nd photo is just of temporary (& precarious) set up with part line leaning on neighbors fence please provide a quote that shows separately the cost to remove & dispose of old one. This is a rental so would like to sort tenants out in a couple of weeks.
