Leak Repairs

Our plumber repaired a tap leak in the wall. Sadly the leak had been around without anyone realizing, and damage has been done. The carpet and floor have been dried, but we need someone to fix the hole in the wall the plumber was forced to make, and put new skirting board down. Ideally also re-lay the carpet and replace some insulation under the floor. Can one person do it all, or do we need to find several. Time will tell :-)

Remove section of post to widen entrance and then replace removed section later.

We need to widen the entrance to our porch to move a spa pool. To that end we need someone to remove a section of one of the posts to allow enough room and then replace the removed section once the spa is in place. The width of the pool is 1.98m and the current gap is 1.975. My thought is that a section about 3cm deep by 1m high should be enough but happy to be advised. Ideally if you also have access to a small team or have some mates who can help move the spa that would be a bonus as well....

Clothesline options or new

I have a rental in Levin that either requires a new clothesline or old one to be repaired. Unfortunately I have had this clothesline repaired a couple of times every year but the issue remains - when the tenant hangs heavy items on the line, it starts to sag forward. I am looking for a quote for this work and solution as to whether I need to install a new one or this existing line can be fixed and have no issues.

Replace Hardiplank cladding and cut hole

I need a hole cut in my external hardieplank cladding for a rangehood vent and for the vent to be screwed into the hardiplank. If it can be done also. There is an exsisting vent below it which cant be used and would like it to be removed and the cladding to be replaced. I have all the hardie plank cladding, joiners and vent.

Rusticated weatherboard repairs

Hi We have a 1970s house with horizontal weatherboards . A number of these are coming apart at the joins and cracking . Some boards are in serious state of disrepair and will need cutting out and replacing. Just looking for a tradesperson who has experience with fixing this type of cladding. I have spare lengths of the original weatherboards onsite Looking for quotes and will then plan suitable time to commence the work weather pending .
