Someone to assist with a few things to get a house ready for sale

Hi there, I'm putting my house on the market and need a few bits and bobs done to get sorted and need someone for a day or two. Here is what I need: - Washdown and repaint of front picket fence and a side fence - Weeding of all gardens and property - lawn mowing and clean up - Cut down of a few overgrown trees etc and removal Would love for someone to pop over and quote me time and cost.
