Handyman jobs for rental in Raureka #2

I have a number of jobs I need taken care of at a rental property, subject to how much they will cost. I would like an itemised quote so I know what to approve and what I need to save for. List of tasks include: - tiled splash back are cracked leaving a hole above kitchen sink, rest of tiles are loose or cracked - needs replacing. - hole under kitchen sink above cupboard doors. - various doors need to be planed on the bottom, rubbing on carpet - face plate missing from oven switch - a bead of silicone between bench top and wall in kitchen - wingnuts missing from top window in bedroom 1 and 3 - door knob loose in bathroom - edges on bathroom vinyl lifting. needs to be made water tight - large gap in laundry/exterior door (ideally this door needs replacing) - needs AP40 to prevent driveway becoming muddy - concrete path or tiles need from driveway to existing path
