Property clean and general maintenance tasks at rental property
Job description
We have a small 3brm rental property that require some small jobs done at prior to 19 April. Including: - roof wash and gutter clean - exterior house clean - Clean of two small decks - Replacement of some decking boards - refer to pic. High traffic steps have become loose, unstable or broken - Insulation installed in garage roof space - Two areas of retiling - entry space boarder tiles ad back and front doors - refer pic - total of approx 8 tiles existing. Anticipating they have to be removed and replaced with alternative. -Small area of plaster board removed and replaced. Area was damaged from prior leak that has since been fixed.
