Fixing up draughts for healthy homes

• We have four rental properties that need to be upgraded for Healthy Homes Standards. Between them we need: - Sealing of various windows and doors - fixing of a latch on one door - sealing a cat door and/or removing it - new insulation and damp proof membrane on the underfloor of one house • I have four reports (one report per property) that detail what is needed with photos so a site visit might not be required. • Some of the houses also need fan installations (7) and heat pump installations (2-3) so if you have a team that can do the both that would be ideal.
