In Grandview Heights. I'm looking or a local handy man that can do DIY around the house. Will be needing some blinds hung and shelves put up as well. But currently I am unable to remove the existing toilet seat to replace it with the new one. Also need to drill some nails into masonry so I can hang wall art.
