Interior windowsills repairs, exterior accessibility ramp

We have several peeling windowsills with dry rot, splitting wood and flaking paint that need to be partially replaced or repaired. (We would consider quotes to paint also, if you offer that service.) In addition, we have an outdoor unit requiring a ramp for accessibility for a walking frame. There is one concrete step and a raised aluminium door frame that need to be taken into consideration. The red arrow in the pictures shows the height of the door frame that needs to be levelled off. We are thinking a removal timber structure perhaps.
