Shower sill and door frame repair

Rental Property shower sill is wooden and rotten. Needs replacing and made watertight. May need to replace entire shower door frame as well. Floor in bedroom through wall on opposite side of shower is damp. Unsure if water maybe leaking through this damaged part and flowing under the stainless tray or maybe there are two damaged parts. Need to get assessed and fixed.
