Odd jobs

I am needing to replace a handyman that has got a 6 month contract. I have been working ith him for near on 2 years. I pay $50 an hour and pay on the day. Needing someone for a days work (8 hours) to replace some clearlite, put some fencing up, put a bench in - a days work $400 plus ongoing work. This person is essentially my 2IC on my property developments (including 2 tiny homes I am trying to finish in the next 6 months)

Hi. We have 3 gutters that are fed by the house's roof, and an external courtyard roof that are overflowing. I think it's because the downpipe are spaced too far apart for the volume of water being received. We need a quote on what to do to fix this. Cheers
