Patch Deck & lay drain pipe

Hi We have a property that needs some decking panels replaced- just the worst ones- remove and replace. Also there is a small natural spring on the property that is causing a mess around the garage/ driveway. Fixing would require a shallow drain to be dug approximately 10 metres long, some black flexi piping to be laid leading to an existing drain. Then cover with gravel. After someone with a bit of common sense to work out the best way to fo things,
