Install curtain rod and TV, faulty door latch, seal front door against drafts
Job description
We have a few small jobs we need to get done. If you can do any or all of these jobs please get in touch! One curtain rod needs to be installed across a small window (pictured). We need to get a 42" TV mounted to the wall (intended space pictured). The old mounting plate is still attached to the TV along with four large screws (pictured with speakers), but unsure if additional screws etc required. Also need to have speakers attached to metal plate at bottom of TV (pictured). Our bathroom door has stopped closing properly - the latch bolt doesn't seem to be sticking into the door skirting anymore (pictured). Our front door is very drafty and we would like to have some sort of sealing installed to prevent this. There is a draft stopper at the bottom that was installed incorrectly by previous owners and leaves a large gap (pictured) - could maybe be reinstalled or a new one could be needed. Also feel drafts from the side and top of the door.

Dunedin City Contracting did a great job fixing up a number of small things around our place. Although a couple of the jobs couldn't be done at the time, a fair discount was offered to cover this. Very impressed with their work, the cost and getting in touch very quickly after posting the job :)
