Deck Restoration

Several Decks around house need to be cleaned and restained/painted. Possibly some minor repair but wood is generally in good shape. House built in 2010. Total Deck area ~46 m2 plus two sets of stairs, 1.2m x ~3m and 1.2m x ~5m. See attached pictures and sketch. Main and Bin Decks have glass Ballestrades. Also a raised planter along house side of Grill Deck. Wondering walkway from Bin Deck area to down hill side of house may also be another job or part of this one.
