House Exteior Tidy Up

We need to get the remainder of our exterior tidied up. Which means replacing some rotten weatherboards (we have been replacing over the years with hardiplank) but we just want to be able to paint it and have it one whole colour. So we need someone to do the rest of the job as at the moment time is more important to us. We just want it done quickly and efficiently. There's more work too if we find the right person and they want some extra jobs. Main one for now is the house and it will require scaffold. It's single story but sloping section so makes it a bit of a a pain. We are trying to do this on a budget to weigh up if we sell the house as is or do the reno work.
