Soft floor boards replacement

We've got some soft for boards in our lounge that need replaced. They're under carpet so I can't give photos. Since they're under carpet we're open to the idea of sheet flooring replacement if it's a better solution than replacement boards. The floor area is approximately 20sqm. We're assuming we'll need to replace the carpet as part of this job, but happy to arrange separately if needed.
