Tidy up, repair broken decks / railing, paint

This holiday bach needs a spruce up, the grounds need tidying, (remove weeds, prune bushes, clear overgrown areas) there are some rotten bits on the decks that need replacing and broken hand rail (also wooden) that need fixing, Some parts of the house / decking need cleaning and repainting.
