Urgent: replacing broken door handle

Job: putting a new door handle into an interior door (already bought one). Time: This is pretty urgent - preferably Monday Aug 15th late afternoon or evening. Location: Heathcote Valley, Christchurch Details: Door handle broken in bathroom door - standard wooden door as per pictures. I got the new one from Mitre10, but it does not fit perfectly. May require some extra sanding of the hole to make it fit. I do not have tools/skills for that. Thanks in advance!
