I’m looking for someone to support with general repairs and maintenance of rental, available to complete initial inspections and potentially coordinate trades where jobs need more specialised skills. I have three jobs currently as examples of the sort of jobs I’m looking for help with - replacement of kitchen tap, replacing a set of curtains and repairing a leaking hose/tap.
