Hanging Curtain Rods, Curtains and Blinds
Job description
We are looking for a handy person to install curtains and blinds into a new-build steel frame house. Tasks include: 1. Take delivery of curtains, curtain rods and blinds or collect the 'click and collect order' from a store in Christchurch 2. Iron curtains prior to hanging. Insert hooks into curtain tape. 3. Hang blinds and curtain rails in professional manner. 4. Hang curtains, altering gathering in curtain tap as required. 5. Install blinds to professional standard. 6. Remove all rubbish from packaging, leave space tidy. We expect the house to be ready in late April. We are out of town so require someone who is able to work unsupervised and complete the job from start to finish to a high standard. The exact mix of blinds and curtains has not yet been finalised. Nick hung curtains and blinds in our new build house. Nick has been fantastic from beginning to end. Our job was severely delayed due to the jib shortage. Nick stored the curtains and blinds for months for us, and followed the instructions we'd left him for which curtains and blinds when were (don't live in the same down as the house). He sorted out the trouble we had with the curtain sliders. Would recommend, and would use again without hesitation. Great communication!
