Hills Washing Line Assembly

I purchased a Hills Washing line and tried to assemble it myself but it is just too hard. See pictures attached. I made a mistake assembling it, which I don’t actually think affects the functionality but that’s where I gave up. I’m looking for someone to assemble it for me and put it up. Please note, I’m wanting to attached to the side of my garage which is a brick wall. Not a wooden fence. So someone who knows what they’re doing (drilling through bricks) and has the right equipment is necessary. TEXT OR EMAIL CONTACT ONLY PLEASE
