Gun safe installation

Have a 1.5m high gun safe to install - needs to be anchored into the concrete floor with two dynabolts (15mm diameter - supplied with safe) and retained against the stud behind it. The stud doesn't line up with the holes, so may need either new holes drilled (6mm mild steel) or some wall work done (steel backing plate?) The safe is 135Kg but can we walked around by one person with care. Needs to comply with NZ police requirements.
