Need new electrical box and jig saw piece of laminate flooring

Looking for two odd jobs to be done at my home. 1) I've had a night stall removed and the laminate flooring had been cut around the legs of it. I have a spare piece of the laminate flooring but just need someone to cut the shape out for me. Pictures attached. 2) Would like a simple timber opening cupboard for the existing electrical box. Measures approx 500 x 500mm. Pictures attached.
