Hang large heavy mirror and tv on wall

We need someone to hang a large, reasonably heavy mirror on the wall. Approx 1200 x 1000 mm. Also to hang a tv on the wall. Bracket will be provided. Tv size is 40” and just want a basic hang no need for cords to be hidden. We are in New Brighton. All we have is the bracket for the tv which will be new so hopefully will have what is required to hang but we will need the specific parts to hang a heavy mirror to be provided and included in quote. Need this job ASAP thanks Photos are of the corner where we would like tv hung and the front and back of the mirror
