URGENT: Trades Needed for End-of-Lease Repairs (Quotes Required ASAP)

Property Location: Matipo Street, Riccarton, Christchurch. Access: Property is vacant – however, we are requesting quotes based on information and photos provided below. We are seeking licensed, reliable tradespeople or handymen to urgently provide quotes for the following end-of-tenancy repair and maintenance works. Quotes are needed ASAP to finalise bond deductions and we will proceed with approved quotes immediately. SCOPE OF WORK (QUOTE REQUIRED FOR EACH): 1. Oven Interior Deep Clean – Thorough clean of oven interior back to pre-tenancy standard. 2. Window Latch Repair – Downstairs window latch is broken and needs fixing or replacing. 3. Shower Deep Clean – Downstairs shower needs professional deep clean (mould/staining removal). 4. Wall Dent Repair – Dent at the top of the internal stairway requires patching and repainting. 5. Garage Cleaning – • Remove heavy black marks around switchboard area. • Remove marks and clean between cabinet and laundry tub. Photos and entry/exit reports available to support your quoting – these can be emailed to you upon request. All items pre-approved by tenant for bond deduction. Quotes requested by Friday 6th February. We will proceed immediately once a quote is selected.
