The apartment in my warehouse has a small ground floor bathroom with a toilet room accessed via a shower room. The window in the toilet used to open, but now doesn't, possibly as a result of some concreting works along our back alley shifting things a bit. The two windows in the shower room were closed with a spot of weld by the previous owner many years ago, presumably for security reasons. I really need to get one or all window opening again! Preferably, the toilet window unjammed, and if possible the weld cut on one of the other two. However, I recognise that if they're too jammed to be able to open (or if they break when it's attempted), I may have to replace at least the toilet window. All windows are old metal frames, top hinged, with levers. The glass is relatively new, replaced 5 or 6 years ago as part of CoC work. See pictures attached. There are a few other bits and bobs I need doing too, such as some framing on the window starting to come away (I think it was stuck with No More Nails or similar, but hasn't gone the distance).

Prompt response and scheduling of job; practical, careful, quality repair work; and great value for money. Windows unjammed including replacement of a hinge, window trim re-fastened, and shower seals tidied up all in just over an hour. Highly recommend and will definitely contact again for future jobs.
