Door frame repair - exterior door

The side entrance door frame to our external (detached) garage has rotted from the bottom on the side with the door latches and I'd like it repaired. I have started disassembling to get a better look. I have purchased some timber (H4 for the big piece and H3 for the battens on each side, which are already removed in the photos). It would be ideal to use the timber I have already bought if possible, but not a deal breaker. The new timber will need to be securely attached to the concrete block garage and fit with the existing door latches. Whilst the door isn't in great condition, I'm only looking to replace the one side of the frame and leave the door as-is. I'd like this done as soon as possible (this week ideally, but otherwise would need to be next week - we are selling the property).
